Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. Prices are in US dollars and do not include gratuity, which is at your discretion. We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellations and changes

Cancel or change a booking at least 24 hours before your appointment and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours we charge 50 percent of the treatment price. If you do not arrive, we charge the full price.

We will contact you directly if we have to change or cancel your appointment, and we will offer you the next available time or a full refund.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment so that you have time to change and complete your intake form. If you arrive late we will still finish at the scheduled time so that the next guest is not delayed, and the full price applies.

Health and safety

Tell us before your treatment about any medical condition, injury, allergy or pregnancy. Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or with certain conditions, and our therapists may recommend an alternative.

Our therapists may end a treatment at any point if continuing would not be safe or if a guest behaves inappropriately. No refund is given in that case.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, can be used at either sanctuary, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Personal belongings

Lockers are provided. Please leave valuables at your accommodation. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged on the premises.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Aruba.
