When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of the treatment you have chosen. If you tell us about a health condition, allergy or pregnancy so that we can adapt your treatment safely, we record that too.

When you send us a message through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm and prepare your appointment, to contact you about a booking, and to answer your questions. We use health information only to make your treatment safe and comfortable.

Who we share it with

We share booking details with the reservation system we use to manage appointments, and with the therapists who will be treating you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for our accounts and for your treatment history. Contact form messages are kept for two years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
