Booking Policies & Tips
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel, so other guests can book the time. Inside 24 hours we charge 50 percent of the treatment price, and the full price if you do not arrive.
For larger groups or parties, call our spa concierge. We will schedule your treatments to start and finish together.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to sip herbal tea, coffee, water, a mimosa or a bellini and complete your confidential wellness intake.
Our on-island spa concierges are available Monday–Saturday from 9:00 AM to answer questions, tailor packages, or book private cabanas.
